1. Warranty
1.1. General Warranty

All products sold, including LCD screens, iPhone LCDs, In-Cell LCDs, OLED LCDs, and spare parts, come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

1.2. Coverage
  • Defects in touch functionality (e.g., touch not working, unresponsive touch, long drag issues).
  • Display issues (e.g., dead pixels, backlight problems, or other manufacturing defects).
1.3. Exclusions
  • Broken screens (e.g., cracked or shattered displays).
  • Stripes or lines on the screen caused by physical damage, pressure, or mishandling.
  • Damage due to improper installation, handling, or misuse.
  • Liquid damage, physical impact, or electrical issues.
  • Modifications, including the application of glue or adhesives.
1.4. No Warranty Provided if:
  • The screen is broken or cracked.
  • Stripes or lines appear due to physical damage or mishandling.
  • Glue or adhesives are applied to the product after purchase.
2. Return Policy
2.1. Defective Products

Defective products can be returned within 90 days of receipt with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

2.2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using trackable shipping methods.

2.3. Replacement Only

Only replacements are offered for valid warranty claims; no refunds are issued.

  • If a valid warranty claim is made, the defective product will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
  • No refunds will be issued; only replacements are offered.
2.4. Non-Eligible Returns
  • Products with broken screens (cracked or shattered), stripes/lines on the screen due to physical damage or mishandling, or any modifications (e.g., applying glue) are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., improper installation, misuse) are also not eligible for return or replacement.

Compliance with French Law

3. Legal Compliance
  • These terms and conditions comply with the French Consumer Code (Articles L217-4 to L217-14) and European Union directives regarding the legal guarantee of conformity.
3.2. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
  • Under French law, customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defective products, covering defects that exist at the time of delivery.
  • This guarantee does not apply to damages caused by the customer (e.g., broken screens, stripes/lines, improper use, or physical damage).
3.3. Voiding the Guarantee
  • The legal guarantee is void if the customer modifies the product (e.g., by applying glue) or uses it in an improper manner.

Specific Cases

4.1. Broken Screens
  • Broken, cracked, or shattered screens are not covered under the warranty, regardless of cause (e.g., drops, impacts, mishandling).
4.2. Stripes or Lines on the Screen
  • Stripes or lines caused by physical damage, pressure, or mishandling are not covered under the warranty.
4.3. Manufacturing Defects
  • Defects such as dead pixels, backlight issues, or touch malfunctions due to manufacturing issues will be replaced under warranty.

  • We are not liable for any damage resulting from:
    • Improper installation, handling, or misuse of the product.
    • Physical damage, including broken screens or stripes/lines caused by mishandling.
    • The application of glue, adhesives, or other chemicals to the product.
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
5.2. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use of the product to avoid damage.

Service Pack LCD Warranty Policy

1. No Warranty on Service Packs
  • Service Packs (including Samsung, iPhone, Google, Xiaomi, and other components) are sold without any warranty, either express or implied.
  • Gadget Hub does not provide any guarantee regarding the functionality, quality, or durability of Service Pack items.
2. Reasons for No Warranty
  • Service Packs are original parts sourced directly from manufacturers and are sold in their original packaging.
  • By purchasing a Service Pack, the customer accepts the product is sold “as-is” without any warranty.
3. Opened Service Packs
  • Once the Service Pack box is opened, the warranty is void, even if the parts are original and sourced from the manufacturer, as opening the box may expose the parts to external factors (e.g., improper handling, environmental damage) that could affect functionality.
4. Exceptions
  • Wrong Reference Number:
    • If the customer purchases a Service Pack LCD with an incorrect reference number (incompatible with their device), they may be eligible for a replacement or refund, under the following conditions:
      • The product is unopened and in its original sealed condition.
      • The customer contacts us within [14] days of purchase to report the issue.
      • Proof of purchase is provided.
5. Warranty Claims
  • To make a warranty claim, customers must:
    • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order number).
    • Return the product in its original packaging (if applicable).

Return Policy for Service Pack LCDs

1. Sealed Products
  • Sealed Service Pack LCDs can be returned within [14] days of purchase for exchange, under the following conditions:
    • The product is unopened and in original condition.
    • Proof of purchase is provided.
2. Opened Products
  • Opened Service Pack LCDs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except if the customer receives the wrong reference number (see exceptions above).
3. Return Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including defective items under warranty.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid lost or damaged packages.

Mobile Phones Warranty

1. Mobile Phones (iPhones, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, etc.)
  • Mobile phones sold by us come with the manufacturer’s warranty only.
  • We do not provide any additional warranty for mobile phones. For warranty claims, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.

Warranty on Accessories and Other Products

1. Warranty on Accessories (Cables, Chargers, Adapters, Headphones, Hubs, etc.)
  • All accessories sold (e.g., cables, chargers, adapters, headphones, and hubs) come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Big Brand Accessories (JBL, Sony, Xiaomi, Samsung, Apple, etc.) are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • No warranty is provided for physical damage (e.g., broken cables, damaged connectors, or damaged headphones).
2. Return Policy for Accessories
  • Defective Accessories (Non-Branded) can be returned within 14 days for replacement, provided:
    • The product is in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
  • Accessories from big brands are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Products with physical damage or customer-induced damage (e.g., misuse, mishandling) are not eligible for return.
